[Substratum] Sai's Oreo Theme eight

You must install the Substratum Theme Engine and obtain root access or utilize the Andromeda add-on to apply this theme: Substratum Theme Engine.

For rootless theming with Substratum, you will need to purchase the Andromeda add-on pack: Andromeda add-on pack.

This Black theme for Android Oreo provides a minimalist approach to system theming. It is recommended for use on STOCK or AOSP based ROMs. While it is compatible with any Android Oreo system, the theme achieves its optimal appearance on vanilla Oreo. To customize other apps, consider utilizing the Fresh Theme (Fresh Theme) which is also available at no cost.

If you encounter un-themed or partially themed notifications after installation, we recommend manually rebooting your device or clearing all notifications.

System components currently themed:
- Android system (including the Settings app)
- Files (com.android.documentsui)
- Package installer (com.google.android.packageinstaller)
- Settings (com.android.settings)
- System UI (com.android.systemui)

More components may be covered by the theme.

Known Issues (as of 2018/01/10):
- WhatsApp, Uber black/dark notification header texts remain unresolved when using dark notification options.
